Slow Startup Excel 2003 - Problem Solved!

This problem had me bugging for the past 3 weeks now. Searched the whole wide world of Internet, tried numerous options, even messed up my MS office settings.
But finally the problem got resolved by searching for all *.xlb file and deleting.
Voila!! The excel opens up just as it does in safe mode (excel.exe /s)
